Our yoga retreats offer a healthy balance between daily yoga classes and simply enjoying life on a beautiful island. Morning and evening yoga classes, and plenty of time to explore the island, indulge in a massage, visit the nearby island of Delos, learn a new water sport, or simply relax on the beach. Good food, good wine, group activities or time on your own – you decide, no rules, after all it's a holiday!

The yoga retreat includes: morning and evening yoga classes; luxury accommodation at a five-star hotel; all taxes; transfers between the hotel and airport/port; full gourmet buffet breakfast; a daily thalasso-therapy treatment at the spa; private beach; Yoga Escapes representative on location in addition to the yoga teacher; personalized service.

ABOUT THE YOGA:

Our yoga teachers have over 20 years experience with all yoga levels, and teach a balanced mix of yoga styles, modifying each class to suit both beginners and more advanced guests.

All our classes are optional, morning yoga classes are active, while our evening yoga classes follow a slower pace, and focus more on restorative poses and yin yoga.

ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation is in sea view rooms at a 5-star hotel, with private beach, a luxury spa, health center, gourmet restaurants, and breathtaking views of the Aegean sea.
