Who is this workshop for? Yoga teachers, Aspiring yoga teachers, Intermediate/Advanced students

In this workshop you will learn:

• How to help your students and friends refine their posture, understand alignment actions and go deeper in their practice in a safe and effective way

• The how & the where - appropriate methods of adjustment

• The difference between an assist and an adjustment
