The New Year can be a time to review the past, reassess our values and goals and remember what really matters most in our life.
In this retreat the practices of yin yoga, pranayama, meditation and silence, provide an opportunity to find a slower rhythm, allowing space for our deeper knowing to reveal itself. This five-night silent retreat begins with evening meal at 6pm on Thursday, December 27th and ends after the morning session and late breakfast on Tuesday, January 1st. Departure by 11 am. Arrival between 4 and 6 on Thursday afternoon. |
