Each chakra offers a gift when it is opened and balanced. And when our instincts are synchronized with our feelings and thoughts, our chakras are then balanced and our creative energy, our kundalini energy, rises, activating all the chakras on her way up.

In each workshop you will learn unique and specific movements, sounds, breath-work and meditations to enliven and enrich your sacred centres, your Chakras.

This workshop also includes: Diffusion of unique Chakra essential oils throughout the practice to promote a deeper sense of balance & harmony; FREE Chakra smoothies after each class

• 1st and 2nd Chakras I AM CONNECTED – I AM CREATIVE: Saturday, 26th May, 2:30 - 4:30 pm

• 3rd and 4th Chakras I CAN – I AM LOVE: Saturday, 2nd June, 2:30 - 4:30 pm

• 5th and 6th Chakras I AM TRUTH – I AM WISDOM: Saturday, 9th of June, 2:30 - 4:30 pm

• 7th and 8th Chakras I AM BLISS – I AM RADIANT: Sunday, 10th of June, 2:30 - 4:30 pm
