6-20 October (Residential -Spain); 7-8 September & 23-24 November (Non residential – London). Laxmi Yoga Teacher Training is a 200hour course and includes First Aid for yoga teachers. It is a comprehensive, all encompassing, thorough and honest approach to yoga and how to teach yoga, that whilst rooted in science, is also respectful to the yoga tradition. Together we will explore the Eight Limbs of Yoga and how, as a dedicated yoga teacher, they should infiltrate both your practice as well as your teaching of yoga. You will gain in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology and the biomechanics of safe and effective asana practice, as well as knowledge of yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, ayurveda and subtle anatomy. You will learn how to teach both Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Furthermore, Laxmi Yoga is the only yoga teacher training program to include full ‘First Aid in the Work Place’ training that is certified by the HSE. This course consists of two week long residential modules in Wales and two weekend non-residential modules in London. 200hr training certified by the Independent Yoga Network and the Yoga Alliance. This certification will also allow you to register with The Register of Exercise Professionals. This will enable you to work in many different venues including health clubs and yoga studios and will allow you to teach internationally.
