Saturday, May 19 1:30PM - 3:30PM The rascal we call “mind” can place many obstacles in our way at times we would rather choose a different focus, such as during meditation. Come learn both modern psychological as well as ancient yogic principles from which to both view the mind as well as deal with problematic memories and emotions. (Qualifies for 2 CEU credits with Yoga Alliance.) |
