	Join Sofiah Thom and Daniella Cotreau in this One-of-a-Kind Fusion 200 Hour Yoga Alliance® Certified Teacher Training. This unique training provides a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Body Temple Yoga™, a heart-centered, alignment-based hatha yoga practice, and an introduction to Danyasa™ Yoga, a vinyasa flow yoga fused with principles of expressive healing arts and meditative movement practice. Together they represent the evolution of yoga on and off the mat. The ultimate goal of this training is to provide students with tools for Embodiment, Empowerment and Expression both as yoga teachers and as students of life. Sofiah and Daniella share a deep love of yoga, dance and expressive healing arts. They are committed to helping each participant find their own authentic voice and teaching style with confidence and skill. Students can expect to come away from this teacher training with the knowledge to lead others in a Hatha Flow practice inspired by the creative teachings of Body Temple Yoga™ and Danyasa™ Yoga.
