Embrace yourself as you are when you learn to transform your pain and challenges into personal power, reclaim your passion, let go of that voice in your head that says “you’re not good enough.” Through workshops, yoga, meditations and connection to self you’ll find healing and love for yourself. You'll enjoy yoga, meditation, wine, healthy meals and workshops all in a beautiful, peaceful and safe space in this three night retreat.

Yoga classes are for all levels and will focus on healing your body through slow movements and deep stretches. Meditations will focus on consciously letting go of the things in your life that no longer serve you, thereby opening the heart and mind to new possibilities.

Workshops include: Journaling for Self Healing, Healthy Eating, Love Yourself Pampering, Embracing Self Care – Journey to Self Acceptance, Breaking Free Parts 1 & 2

Take time for yourself by renewing and recharging during this retreat, take care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.

This retreat is for all levels of yoga and meditation students. Beginners welcome.

We've been hosting retreats and recharging women since 2004.
