Build a better practice as you recharge, physically, mentally and emotionally during this yoga weekend. Pose alignment workshops, vinyasa practices and restorative practices are perfect for any level of yoga student looking to take your yoga practice to the next level. One year of yoga experience recommended.

Theresa will work one on one with each guest on poses of their choosing. Learn arm balances, inversions, backbends and more. You will go deeper into your practice and explore the mental and physical aspects of different poses, as you find your edge and learn how to safely challenge yourself to go a little deeper or back off.

Meals are healthy, delicious and made from scratch. Enjoy time with like minded women connecting, sharing, laughing and more.

Theresa has been teaching yoga and leading retreats since 2004. She teaches beginning, advanced and restorative yoga. She specializes in nurturing yoga for the body, mind and heart. She is known for her soothing voice and calm presence.

Theresa believes that a yoga pose and practice should fit a student’s body, using props and modifications as needed. Students of all ages, sizes and abilities feel welcome in Theresa’s classes. She is an intuitive teacher, gently guiding students with cues and hands on adjustments, to a place of physical and mental bliss. Her Yoga DVD, Yoga Nurture, is perfect for all levels of students.
