Build a better practice as you recharge, physically, mentally and emotionally during this yoga weekend. Pose alignment workshops, vinyasa practices and restorative practices are perfect for any level of yoga student looking to take your yoga practice to the next level. One year of yoga experience recommended.

Theresa will work one on one with each guest on poses of their choosing. You will go deeper into your practice and explore the mental and physical aspects of different poses, as you find your edge and learn how to safely challenge yourself to go a little deeper, when appropriate, or back off when appropriate.

Meals are healthy, delicious and made from scratch. Enjoy time with like minded women connecting, sharing, laughing and more.
