From a therapeutic perspective, Yin Yoga allows deep release of joints & fascia, and release of emotional tensions. The slow, deep attention aids those dealing with the discomfort and stiffness of osteoarthritis and some forms of rheumatoid arthritis, and weight issues. This training will teach you the skills and benefits of Yin Yoga for yourself and your students: relaxation, meditation and therapeutic healing properties. You will be guided through the effects and benefits of Yin on the meridians and internal organs on the body.

A 20 hour Certificate of Training is presented upon completion of training. Minimum 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training required or equivalent.
