Reconnect with Recovery is held every 3rd Saturday of each month from 11am-1pm at Inner Door Center® in Royal Oak.

Each month's programming will offer yoga along with a special project and discussion/support. Reunite with past and meet current Inner Door clients in all stages of recovery.

All current and former clients -- of any Inner Door program-- are welcome, along with individuals that would like to learn more about our eating disorder treatment programs.

Bring a mat and towel to practice yoga, dress comfortably. Please eat lunch prior to the program.

If you are new to our group, please visit our website to complete our yoga waiver, sign and date the waiver, and bring to your first class. You may also fax it to our office at 248-336-2879.
