In this workshop, we will focus on the Anahata chakra, the heart chakra.

We will explore ways to connect to that deeper place of ease through the practice of asana and meditation. We will learn to truly let go, which is a humbling and an intimate journey that allows a deep blossoming of joy and freedom.

We will incorporate the dance of asana, the stillness of meditation and mindfulness of pranayam and through this beautiful balance of all we will learn to open in a more profound and deeper way than we ever thought possible!

Anyone is welcome - although some experience is beneficial and possibly a complete beginner may not get as much out of the workshop.

Deb has been practicing yoga for the past 15 years and teaching for over a decade.

She has studied various styles but teaches a flowing vinyasa incorporating a lovely concoction of all that she has learnt over the years, which culminates in a beautiful balance of asana, pranayam and meditation, where each individual is honoured as unique.

Deb encourages stillness within all movement and witnessing of moment to moment awareness. She embraces and inspires a passion to connect heart, body and mind in order to return to our true nature, embracing more joy and authenticity in each moment.

Deb's main influencing teachers have been Clive Sheridan, Shandor Remete, Glenn Cerscoli, Dena Kinsberg and life itself. She had a yoga school in Sydney for 8 years and since leaving, travels teaching workshops, retreats and regular classes in India, Thailand, Bali, London and Australia.

When at home in Australia, Deb lives in Wilsons Creek (Byron Bay Shire), teaching, sharing and allowing life to inspire! She is currently studying Cranio sacral therapy and is a naturopath.
