Liz Lark Workshop, Creative Sequencing 12 - 4 pm Session 1, Elemental vinyasa: Roots and Warriors: Standing sequences focusing on grounding and stability of the warrior poses, leading to peak postures with modifications. Breath, core alignment will be explored, and inspiration drawn from the elements earth, water and fire. Session 2, "Be an athlete of The Heart" Vibrant asana: Upper body sequencing focusing on releasing the thoracic spine/upper back, leading to backbends and balances with modifications. Inspiration drawn from the elements Air and Space. |
