Sarah has been teaching Pre-natal Yoga and this Role-Play Workshop for over 15 years. She has a strong belief in an active labour, which aims to minimise pain and complications, yet honours medical support when needed.

This workshop will expectant couples the chance to practice and role-play for labour, so that you are best prepared for the big day itself. There will be handouts of all the curriculum covered in the workshop. Mats, bolsters, exercise balls and blankets are provided. Please bring a small towel.

Workshop curriculum will include: - Breathing techniques to maintain energy and calm - Position options for labour - Relaxation techniques - Coping with pain without medication - Making sound in labour
