Friday 6pm till Sunday 3pm Conkwell Grange , Wiltshire (Between Bath and Bradford on Avon)
Just as the earth wakes up with blossoms our bodies join this universal biorhythm and a detox at this time is really powerful and deep acting. You are invited to an intimate weekend in a stunning countryside location where we will be detoxing the body with organic raw food, green juices and herbs. Learn to focus the mind with Yoga and meditation. And nourish the soul through stillness, nature and healing.
We will learn ways to stay balanced, with our diet, meditation, Yoga and breathing techniques. You will take home with you a 7 day cleanse/detox plan with recipes (raw and cooked), yoga, meditation practice and lots of tips of how to stay healthy and centred through the year.

12:oo-13:00 PM: Preparing and eating yummy raw food lunch together
1:00-1.30 PM Silent walk.
1:30 PM: tea and raw chocolate break
2:00-3:00PM: Healing living kitchen class
3:00 – 3:30PM Free time
3:30-5:30 PM: Yoga Nidra/Meditation/Svadhyaya (Self study)
5:30 – 6:00PM: Closing circle, tea and superfoods, castor oil pack & movie
