mondays 7:30-8:45pm. integrate. see yourself in a more whole way, and plug in to what's possible. learn the 3 key plug-in points for safe and effective alignment in all poses. learn techniques in breathing and systematic relaxation that bring stress relief and and an expanded sense of Self. course is progressive and includes demonstration, hand-outs, and q&a as well as experiential learning through a focused yoga practice. missed classes may be made up at any class on the schedule. 6 weeks, $70. |
