Upon completion of this immersion program you will be certified to teach a variety of styles of yoga to adapt your instruction to your personal interest and the needs of your students. In this training we study; Yoga Therapy, Iyengar Yoga, Power Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Primary Series, Kundalini, Tibetan, Tantra, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Children, for Seniors, and Pre/Post Natal Students. You will learn to skillfully teach in one style or a fusion of styles to adapt your instruction to the variety of interests and ability of your classes.
