Long weekends of 10 sessions of yoga, chi-gung, meditation, yoga nidra etc at a sea-front hotel in Llandudno ,North Wales. Price includes half board en-suite accommodation and all sessions. Elaine has a British Wheel of yoga Diploma and has also run 6 teacher training courses. Her Yoga is a mix of flow-style and yin. There is free time to walk or shop!
