Yoga for Harmonious Living-Yoga Retreat An affordable Yogaweekend retreat Learn simple ways to improve your life and to get in touch with your spiritual core A weekend Retreat in the beautiful Cabrera Mountains in Almeria which will be held on the 26-28th of October. This retreat will offer an excellent opportunity to expand our practice, and assist us to find greater inner harmony, peace and joy in our everyday lives. This retreat is being jointly guided by Sharon Fisher and Ziv Porat both teachers of the Sivananda Yoga Tradition with many years experience practicing and teaching Yoga in all its aspects . The retreat is being held in the El Naciemento which is nestled in the Cabrera mountains, where nature displays itself is in its most pristine beauty and the natural quiet of the place will assist in promoting peace within us. Their will be ample time to take walks in nature or just to sit quietly and contemplate the beauty around us. Yoga is a complete and profound method which is accessible to all, everyone is welcome no experience is necessary. The cost for the whole retreat for 2 people sharing a room is 158€. Book before September 30 the cost is 145€. The cost for 3 people sharing a room is 140€.
