	A one week intensive yoga retreat with the great elements. The regular ‘Yoga for Life retreats ’ by Satya and Sahaj follow the pattern based on the “Maha Bhuta”, the great elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Each day you are presented techniques and methods of yoga that are in harmony with one of these elements. The play with the elements is a very accessible way to connect with the fabric of our own body heart and mind. It is an intensive experience designed to shift old patterns. Take a leap into a new way of experiencing your Body, Heart and Mind, play with the elements and light up your own inner Light. During this retreat you receive daily 5 to 6 hours of teachings and experience the elements in an intense way.
