DAYTIME RYT-200 COURSE is perfect for anyone who longs to study yoga in depth, yet struggles with devoting long weekends to the process. This class meets every Wednesday from 8:30 to 2:30 for approximately 8 months, making this a perfect fit for parents who want to study while their children are in school, or for anyone who finds it easier to devote one day a week (in shorter sessions) to advanced yoga studies rather than the long, involved weekend sessions. *Note: The Daytime RYT-200 course does involve two weekend sessions in the year (One is an Anatomy Intensive- the best format for understanding and processing this important material (Feb. 2-3 9:00-5:30), and the other is an Aerial Yoga certification training weekend (Dec. 7-9, Fri 500-9:00 and Sat. & Sun. 9:00-5:00). This weekend is considered bonus training, and therefore attendance is optional. Students can make up this time by participating in alternate workshops or by doing a research project if they prefer.)We do not meet on the weeks that fall on holidays breaks - Oct. 31, Nov. 21, Dec 26, Jan 2, March 13.The ReFlex RYT-200 yoga alliance yoga teacher's certification is a mentoring program that guides future teacher's and/or yoga aficionados to a better understanding not only of alignment, physiology, and the physical practice of yoga, but the mental and spiritual elements of yoga as well. (Payment plans available.) History, philosophy, yoga scriptures and the core beliefs of living your yoga are introduced through readings, academic discussions, classroom exercises and research projects. A practical application approach is given to comprehensive anatomy training and posture and allignment focus. This program is all inclusive, the fee for the course including all mandatory classes and includes additional training experiences for a full year.
