	JOURNEY THROUGH OUR ENERGETIC BODY with Dawn Little Torres, RYT, owner of Laughing Buddha Yoga Studio. From 1 to 4pm. Deepen our understanding of our mind/bodies and the energy that we ARE. Learn the powerful energy centers in yoga that are called Chakras. This workshop will include discussion, postures, Mantra and Mudras as we rediscover our relationships to our inherent life energy and how we can balance, heal and strengthen them to live a fuller and more joyous life.
