Be a child again and come play in the swings! Beth recently completed the omni-yoga swing teacher training and wishes to share the healing benefits of the omni-yoga swing. These poses incorporate decompression therapy, spinal traction, and inversion therapy while stretching and strengthening muscles. Not to mention- they are a whole lot of fun!
