. 6 months or 120 hours of yoga practice . Interview with one of the teacher trainers . Desire to deepen your knowledge of yoga

. Reading of required texts . Reading of training manual . Attending all training dates and hours* . Peer and student teaching . Demonstrating grasps of yoga concepts . Payment of tuition
