full immersion leads to transformation For 10 days experience the transforming power of Kundalini Yoga and conscious nature living, rise early for Sadhana, an opportunity to relax, re-align and renew. After breakfast, Mangal Jot Kaur, your host & facilitator will share essential teachings for women, ideas and guidance to live healthy happy and successfully in the 21st century. The wisdom of numbers from a Karam Kriya perspective will guide a healing, empowering & transformative journey. Then free and ample time, to enjoy nature, sunshine and water, go to the beach, river, for walks, relax in a hammock or verandah, enjoying our beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. In the evening, Sat Nam conversations, chanting, music, dance, play, dominos and meditation as our after dinner occupations.
