Childhood is the best period of life to be introduced to yoga as it will help develop physical stamina, emotional stability and intellectual and creative talents. It is a unified system for developing the balanced, total personality of the child.

Our Yoga For Children course is the perfect way to introduce your child to Yoga. Our course is designed specifically for young ones ages 7-11, teaching them the postures that are appropriate and safe for them...and we make it fun!

Children's classes are offered on Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 pm beginning September 27, 2012 You must pre-register for this class by filling out the form below.
