So what’s a day like at SpiritFest?
Wake up to crisp mountain air and morning sunshine, and join fellow attendees for one of early morning sunrise yoga practices, morning meditation or a beautiful hike. If you have kid’s with you who would rather do kids yoga there is a specially designated area where they will have plenty to choose from. Children at SpiritFest are also welcome to join the regular classes.
After your class check out some handcrafted goodness in the vendor village, relax in the food area with your organic coffee and a choice of snacks from one of our local & organic food vendors, and then select a yoga class with one of your favorite teachers or a even discover a brand new teacher in a stunning outdoor tented marquee.
After class, it’s time to reward yourself with a delicious meal from a choice one of our wonderful food vendors. Have a seat in our chill out tent and listen to the DJs magical sacred sounds.
In the afternoon, you might check out some of the live music or rock an afternoon yoga class, go kayaking in the dam or hit the trails with your mountain bike.
As the sun sets salute your yoga or dance class of choice to build up an appetite for the delicious yogi dinners. After dinner, you could walk around the festival grounds to check out the art installations, or get your dance on at the SpiritFest main stage.
And if you’re still looking for more, SpiritFest’s evening Kirtan ends off the day. Eventually, you’ll fall into your comfy bed (pre booked) — but the best part is that another adventure awaits in the morning.
Whatever you do, the choice is all yours.
That’s the Spirit!
