Saturday, 24 November: 9am - 11.30am Focus on binding/twisting & sitting poses.
Saturday, 24 November: 1pm - 3.30pm Focus on arm balancing & standing poses.
Fees: S$85.60 per workshop / S$160.50 for both workshops
Transition between the asanas is not just through using your strength & force, but also by relaxing and using your body momentum with minimum effort - the most important factor is to find your center, be it for arm balancing poses, forward bending poses, standing and sitting poses, twisting & binding poses, or lying poses, etc.
By applying proper method & principles of your body movement, focusing only on the necessary parts of the body, the poses will automatically link to become a flow and we will gracefully float from one pose to the next.
Pranayama and bandhas are both important aspects of your yoga practice. Pranayama makes your mind calm and focus, whereas bandhas make your body light.
This workshop will teach you to move your body gracefully and increase your awareness and confidence to flow from one pose to another with steadiness and ease - “Sthira Sukham Asanam”.
