8 week Introduction to Vinyasa Flow with Sarah Fishman
Vinyasa Flow is a practice in which breath is linked to movement and movements are sequenced with grace and fluidity to open the body in a gradually and safely. This 8 week introductory series will have a gentle approach in which the pace will slowly build each week. This is for beginners or those new to yoga but have some movement background. Cost: $125 if purchased by 3/25; $135 as of 3/26 and beyond |
