Have you always wanted to be a yoga teacher? Or maybe you want to take your yoga practice to the next level by taking a teacher training program. We now offer YTT200 in 2 formats. For those who would like to complete the program during the weekdays we can complete the training in an 8 week immersion. For those who need a weekend program the next program begins Jan. 26, 2013.
In addition to the Yoga Alliance requirements, you will learn how yoga is applied to all ages of the lifespan. Our youngest student is three years old in the Mommy and Me program and the oldest student in Chair Yoga is 90. Included in the teacher training is a focus on special needs and special conditions. This 8 month program moves at a relaxing pace and is very accessible. Sessions are held over 8 weekends. Our teacher training is gentle, private and peaceful, with a lot of flexibility.
