we will learn the vinyasa sequence (based on breath ) of the 5 tibetan rites for rejuvination (by stimulating hormonal glands and nervous plexus), mantaining good health and preparing meditation according the ancient tibetan yoga system. the rites will be practiced in a single sequence always harmonized with breath (which has to be kept slow, rithmic and deep), with special muscular contractions(bandha)and directioning dristhi (gaze). Some preliminary pranayamas, kriyas and mudras will be examined in details also (nine purifications of the 3 main channels, the three prostrations, the samavritti pranayama, the mother mantra, the practice of sharing the merits). Once learnt this sequence has to be practiced daily to enjoy its many benefits |
