Mindfulness Meditation Retreat Fall 2012: Taste of Golden Silence: A Mindfulness Meditation Practice Intensive among crisp golden leaves, expanding sky, bare trees, supportive earth boulders with an offering of fragrant, warm food and tea. If you are new to the silent retreat experience the Introduction to Mindfulness Practice session on October 27 will provide an orientation. Retreat program includes instruction in mindfulness practices (movement, body scan, walking, sitting, eating) and a simple vegetarian meal taken in silence. This retreat will be held in silence, including meal time.
