	Natalie Macam will lead a Bhakti Yoga Workshop and Bhakti Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class. The Bhakti Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class is a devotionally infused yoga experience that incorporates chanting, pranayama to open the heart and dance of your inner spirit. Bhakti means 'devotional service’ and in this workshop we will focus on Chanting/Kirtan as a form of meditation and support the sound meditation with an asana class. Bhakti Yoga is way to connect to and access our Drishti (attention) to the present, feel our own vibration, harmonize and join our voices with others through Chanting/Kirtan to open our energy channels and our hearts. The practice begins with a sound invocation with the Harmonium and chanting. It closes with meditation and Kirtan to experience Bhava, the nectar of devotion, through union of the body, mind and soul. The workshop will include both discussion and asana class. Natalie is originally from the US and is currently pursuing her 500 Prana Flow® Hour Certification with with Samudra Global School of Living Yoga \| Shiva Rea and deeply immersing herself in the Bhakti Yoga tradition, a heart-opening and devotional practice. Shiva Rea and her Senior Teachers Twee Merrigan and Adri Kyser, and Govindas inspire her to live her life with spontaneity, to remain close to the source and to move deeply in tune with the pulse of the universe.
