Please see our website for full details. Our 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered Teacher Training uses presence and awareness as our guiding principles. You will learn how to teach a holistic class that is both true to the ancient teachings of yoga and also a vigorous workout for the whole body. Scrupulous attention is paid to anatomy and alignment, as well as breath, dhristi, and meditation in movement. Schedule is TBA, however we foresee having a nights/weekends schedule--potentially one 4-day weekend per month for 6 months. |
