Nature is truly right at your door step. Tierra de Suenos Lodge is a serene and beautiful retreat center located in Playa Chiquita, tucked into the lush rain forest of southeastern Costa Rica. Just steps away from an exceptional private beach and many waterfalls and hiking trails.

As we create more awareness individually, through yoga, we deepen our connection to our body, mind and heart as well as nature and our natural rhythm. Slow down, be present and truly enjoy the moment.

Each morning you will enjoy a strong but accessible yoga session and gentle and calming style in the evening.There will also be a sessions of restorative yoga, laughter yoga, Ariel silks based yoga, partner yoga and workshops on the basics of Thai (yoga) massage.

The schedule is flexible and you choose what you feel like taking part in. You will also have plenty of time to just relax, curl up with a good book in one of the many hammocks, sit by the beach, explore the local area or go for a bike ride through the serene and mystical roadways.
