OhmSantih Yoga 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training course (AYTTC) aims to provide our students with a solid foundation on the teaching methodology of Ashtanga yoga and as well as the practical and theoretical aspects of this ancient gift. Our AYTTC curriculum includes a module on Yoga Chikitsa (Yoga Therapy) to fully enrich and prepare our teachers as this field of alternative treatment is gaining popularity in Singapore. The school also offers in-house internship programme to fully equipped the students with actual teaching experiences. |
