Join Heidi Templeton as she instructs how to conquer challenging arm balances and inversions. Learn proper techniques, tips and tricks to master handstands, headstands and arm balances. The 2 hour practice will include a funky and fun flow to get the body warm, hip openers, and core work to assist with each pose.
