Vinyasa flow practices a series of postures connected through breath to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance safely, in an open and encouraging environment. In addition to the asana practice, an integration of breathwork (pranayam), meditation, and other traditional elements of yoga will cultivate unification of mind, body and spirit.
With inspirations from Power Yoga, PranaVayu Yoga, Fluid yoga as well as other styles, these classes offer a dynamic flow for all students looking to challenge themselves, while listening to the needs of their own bodies.
With music, movement, breath and laughter this 90 minute vinyasa flow is a perfect way to spend your evening.
