Mondays 7-8:15 PM In this course, you will be introduced to some yoga poses concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper awareness of your breathing. "I've been drawn to yoga for over a decade, spending most of those years wondering why I don't make more time for something that makes me feel so good.
