YOGA RETREAT IN CAPUCCINI'S HOSTEL IN FAIDO(SOUTH SWITZERLAND),8 days = 80 hours, under the guidance of the Indian Guru Soorya Raviji. Program Hatha yoga asanas Physical benefits through asanas Pranayama, Kriyas, Pranic healing Yoga for stress management Mind control techniques Meditations Mantra chanting Yoga philosophy Yogic diet for calming the mind Spiritual tours to sacred centres Yoga in the nature Individual counselling and motivation After this training it is possible to join an advanced two weeks training in India to complete the 200 hours necessary to become a certified basic level yoga teacher. Accommodation at Cappuccini's hostel in Faido (Val Leventina), South Switzerland. The convent is a historic site, dating back to 1600. The old monastic school has now become a modern hostel. Everything there is impressing the ancient walls, the frescoes and the ancient library that contains hundreds of volumes written by hand by the monks. In the big garden lots of vegetables and fresh herbs grow for a simple and healthy use for cooking.The atmosphere and the energy of the place is calm and peaceful. The air is fresh and invigorating, the surrounding nature are the mountains, a beautiful natural waterfall and trails leading into the woods… |
