Only 30 min to different breathtaking beaches of Guanacaste, NOrth Pacific Coast of Costa Rica! Certified teacher by Yoga Alliance International. Allow yourself to truly relax in the comfort and peace of Costa Rica is famous for. Yoga classes everyday in the morning and in the evening, breathing exercices and meditation will be done daily. You can get into practice and relax deeply into your body as you breathe and stretch with gentle Hatha Yoga.
There are also other activities to do, like therapeutic massage and reiki treatmensts, canopy, sport fishing, sunset cruise, horse back riding, surf classes, latin dance and spanish classes. |
