This Continuing Ed workshop with Suzanne Brett is designed to enhance the knowledge of new Yoga Teachers as well as refresh and refine the knowledge of seasoned teachers.

In this upcoming Hands on Assists Workshop, some of the topics addressed are: *Provide appropriate Assists for a variety of levels *Discern the needs of the class *Deepen one's understanding of the mechanics of the human body in various Yoga Poses *Develop a trusting relationship between student and teacher *Give assists tailored to specific student needs *Broaden one’s own practice by assisting others The Continuing Ed program strives to support both new and seasoned teachers by offering the opportunity to further their knowledge in relation to the many aspects of Yoga while nourishing and encouraging personal growth. *CE credits are available through Yoga Alliance* Workshop open to Certified Yoga Teachers and New Yoga Teachers
