This workshop will expectant couples the chance to practice and role-play for labour, so that you are best prepared for the big day itself. There will be handouts of all the curriculum covered in the workshop. Mats, bolsters, exercise balls and blankets are provided. Please bring a small towel.

Workshop curriculum will include: * Breathing techniques to maintain energy and calm * Position options for labour * Relaxation techniques * Coping with pain without medication * Making sound in labour

Terms & Conditions: All fees paid are non-refundable. All rates are inclusive of 7% GST. Minimum sign-up of 4 couples for workshop to commence. Cancellation policy - Cancellations must be submitted at least (1) business day (minimum of 24 hours) before the scheduled class to avoid a cancellation charge. - For cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled class, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed. - For no-shows, a 100% cancellation charge will be imposed.
