Enjoy this special monthly Sunday afternoon class with live music to release once again before a new week begins. You will be guided through a challenging, focused and active practice to the cradle of deeply stretching and calming restorative poses. This balanced practice will leave you feeling released, refreshed and calm.

Margaret and Marisa will rotate offering these classes and will be accompanied by the lovely, gentle sounds of Diedrich Weiss on guitar.
