Yoga and Art Workshop Saturday December 1st 2 - 4 pm with Theresa Hutch In this workshop, artist and yoga teacher Theresa Hutch will lead fun, all level yoga to inspire your creativity and self-expression. Then, you will build your own unique collage or painting that you can keep or share as a gift for the holidays. The afternoon finishes with calming, relaxing yoga.
