I hope you’ll join me for a simply wonderful (and wonderfully simple) Gratitude Retreat in Baja, Mexico, the week just after Thanksgiving: November 24-December 1, 2012 at the gorgeous Prana del Mar Retreat and Wellness Center, located a bit north of wild Cabo San Lucas and just south of cool art community Todos Santos (home of the original Hotel California).

Prana del Mar has all the finest retreat amenities: Pool, hot tub, organic food, beaches by the mile, two fantastic yoga studios, along with surfing, horseback riding, whale watching, and all sorts of additional activities available for the more adventurous (*note: these excursions are NOT included in the retreat, but can be easily arranged). Or just swing in a hammock after class and soak it all in.

By the way, Prana del Mar is 100% solar. They are mostly off-grid. There is no cell service, minimal Wi-Fi, no TV. Translation: You can unplug completely, a true retreat from your normal world. Kick back. Read a book. Meditate. Swim. Practice. Walk the beach. Or if you like, dash to Cabo or Todos Santos and explore (and use the WiFi in the cafes).
