	Are you looking for a new path in life? Do you feel a calling to make this world a better place? Do you already have an understanding of how yoga has changed your life and now want to share it with others? Or do you just want to totally immerse yourself and deepen your own practice? Christie Cairo, E-RYT 200 and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, invites you to sit with her as she shares her knowledge of yoga and the ancient teachings associated with Master Patanjali's Yoga Sutra. Christie was trained under Michael Johnson and influenced by countless others. In this program you will learn how to teach Basic to Advanced Hatha Yoga, Short Form Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. You will study the Yoga Sutras and ancient philosophies, including the 8 Limbs and breakdowns of Yamas/Niyamas. You will learn anatomy relating to yoga poses and how to modify poses for injury, aging and pregnancy. All of this and much, much more will be included in the 200 hour program. When you have completed it, you will be eligible to become a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Classes will be held on Sundays and every other Saturday starting the first weekend of January, 2013, ending in mid-May. You can find the flier on our website.
