In today’s modern world of extreme stress, pollution and man-made environments, the ancient practise of Yoga provides an effective means to assist in restoring and maintaining a healthy and balanced existence. Yoga Therapy, also known as Yoga Chikitsa is as old of Yoga itself and it is the oldest holistic concept and therapy based on a collective understanding of mind-emotios-physical distress. Fundamentally, Yoga Chikitsa is achieved through the increase of the quality of blood and its efficient flow throughout the body. The sequential flow of yoga combines with Ujjayi breathing with bandha control produce the heat required to facilitate the purification and efficiency of the internal and external organs.

This workshop will combine time-honored wisdom and scientifically proven Yogic Techniques and Methods.
