	Come join us for an invigorating yoga class led by Scheri Goff, followed by a meditation talk and practice given by Juan, who is visiting our area from Madrid, Spain. Yoga practice will begin at 12:30, and last approximately an hour and a half. Meditation will follow. Light fruits and vegetable options will served, as well as fellowship and community.
