FREE Intro to Yoga Basics Sunday, November 18th, 2-3pm
Know of someone who is interested in starting a regular yoga practice, but is not sure where to begin? In this free introductory class, learn about a variety of yoga styles and discover which ones would most benefit your body, mind and spirit.
We will practice simple yoga poses that can be tailored to your unique body. People who consider themselves "inflexible" are encouraged to attend! Mats are availabe for your use or bring your own. Wear comfortable/flexible clothing. Please drop in!
